Bus runs over four female Kanwariyas in Patna, one dead

Four women Kanwariyas from Ranchi were run over by a bus in which the woman died.

This incident is related to Ladma village on Konadi Saksohara Road NH-30A under Barh police station in Patna where a high-speed bus crushed four women Kanwaris from Ranchi late on Saturday.

A woman, Kanwariya, died on the spot in the accident. While three women were seriously injured. The deceased woman has been identified as the 35-year-old wife of Ranchi resident Sanjay Ojha. The condition of one woman among the injured is critical. Identified as Lilavati Devi (30), she was referred to PMCH (Patna Medical College and Hospital) for better treatment, while two other women were slightly injured in the incident.

After the incident, the local people sent the three injured women to Barh sub-divisional hospital. Police from Barh police station reached the spot and sent the dead body to the hospital for post-mortem.
